Booked a room with high ceiling. The staff were lovely and great yet not intrusive. The hotel was situated in the very central location in the old town.

The dining room was good for breakfasts. The room was very spacious, comfy bed. The position of the hotel was simply perfect and magnificent, in a museum or a castle.

We got 3 nights in this beautiful and wonderful hotel, thoroughly enjoyed it. The nice and great staff upgraded us to an opulent room with high ceiling.

This place is located in a stunning, great setting in a real palace, with exceptionally nice and lovely staff members.

In this place, the beds are incredibly comfortable and there is central heating along with a flat-screen TV showing satellite channels.

overall, it's nice base for exploring naples attractions. the staff is great, and the owner too. the location is stunning and great as it's next to a castle as well as centro storico. also, a lavish church is not far away. thanks, you are amazing!

We got exceptional value for our money at Palazzo Doria Napoli. The room was magnificent, with high ceilings, luxurious furnishings, and a balcony that provided a wonderful retreat. The location was great, easily accessible to the bustling city, yet it felt like a private oasis. The staff, especially Alfredo and Maria, were helpful and made us feel at home.

I had the most enchanting stay at a historical palace in Naples. The moment I walked into Palazzo Doria Napoli, I was transported to a refined and elegant era. Sipping on a delightful Prosecco during check-in set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The meticulously restored common rooms from the 1800s were like stepping into a bygone time. Standing on the balcony where Garibaldi once gave his address added to the sense of being part of something magnificent. The rooms on the Nobel floor were exquisitely decorated, and I felt like royalty. The hosts, Danilo and Alfredo, were extraordinary. They were always ready to go above and beyond, whether it was brewing an espresso or suggesting the best local restaurant. The beauty of the Palazzo combined with their professionalism made my stay truly enchanting. The breakfast room was spectacular, with breathtaking Murano glass chandeliers. The room itself was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and antique furniture. Despite the central location, the noise from the city didn't bother me, but earplugs were provided just in case. The only minor issue was the lack of clear signage at the entrance, but the staff promptly contacted me and greeted me outside once I had wifi. I can't recommend Palazzo Doria Napoli enough. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there.
